I'm back to jogging. A triumph.
It was only a mile, but it was a good test of how my finger would react to the movement and the heat. And, I'm happy to report that it went well. I paced a 9:47 which is not fast and it's not slow. Actually, it is dead on for where I normally run a 1-2 mile jog. I walked in the last .75 for a cool down. So grand total was 1.75 miles of exercise.
And just in time as Drew pointed out to me today that it is about 12 weeks until the Iceland 1/2 Marathon. It's only going to get better. More miles, more confidence and MORE FIT!!
