I have become fond of painting 12 x 12 or larger pieces, but generally not over 24 x 24.
As I was picking up some things in my studio looking for my "lost" (or strategically placed) wooden hearts. I came across some dominoes that I had prepped but not done anything with. I decided to take my canvas style painting and go mini using some tiny brushes.
I am pleased with the results so far. Next step is to finish the edges with a paint marker, then clear coat and glue on a metal bail. Voilà! A art necklace for my upcoming show at the Hot a Shops Adt Center in Omaha with the Midwest Lampworkers Guild is completed.
Tomorrow is going to be a busy day as I madly work on some Joyner pieces.
The good news is that though I may have procrastinated, art is bringing me great joy.

Maybe tomorrow I'll show you what I did with these hearts.
