Quilting on the Prairie

In the heart of Nebraska, just off of I80 is my favorite quilt retreat hosted by Prairie Point Junction in Cozad.
It's an bi-annual pilgrimage with my mother where we drive, shop, sew, eat & sleep with a group of lovely ladies. And my bestie - Julie - quilt shop owner extraordinare.
For this retreat I brought not one but 3 projects using the Abbey Lane "Anthropology" pattern. They are going to be gifts for family members (once they are done!). The block makes an "H" and which is the first letter of their last name. Funny observation though, the tilted "H" looks like an "I" so they are really "HI" quilts.
Quilt 1 is full of color to match the artistic side of my niece.

Quilt #2 is a fuzzy flannel version for my nephew.

And the grand finale is Quilt #3 for my free spirited niece. It's similar but different to the one for her sister.

Enjoy
