Hibernate & Create: Prizes 1 & 2

I am so very excited for this year's Hibernate & Create Challenge!

Last year I designed the challenge as a way to motivate myself to finish some of my many UFO's (un-finished objects) and invited others to join in.  It was the perfect motivation for the cold winter days in Nebraska.  We had participants from all over who were posting photos on Instagram and Facebook with the hashtag #hibernateandcreate to enter into the weekly challenge.

The 2017 challenge will be hosted online in a Facebook Group.

The most exciting news is that I've had several of my creative  tribe generously offer to donate prizes to be the motivation and reward for creative productivity. Here are the first two fabulous prizes!

Prize #1: Jan 1-2 by Rachel McGough of Handmade U

This is an awesome Quiltdori that can used to journal, doodle, design and more!  Rachel is a wonderful maker who utilizes vintage quilt blocks and fabrics in her creations.

Prize #2: Jan 3-7 by Michele Michaelsen of Elements by Michele

Wow!  This is a wire wrapped stone is as beautiful as the picture.  The stone is set in copper wire with a beautiful patina on a copper chain that can be worn in multiple lengths.

Come and create!  It's going to be an amazing 31 Days of Creativity!
